Ventspils

- Master classes on business management (HR, processes, scaling)
- Speed-mentoring
- Match-making with participants and mentors
- Experience visit in Ventspils with successful exporter
Follow-Up Mentoring and Coaching
- On development of business resources and processes
- Export support to SMEs that have high readiness
Bootcamp 3
Parnu
September 6-7, 2018
2 Days
- Progress pitching
- Master classes on branding, marketing, sales
- Speed-mentoring
- Shaping joint trade missions
- Experience visit in Parnu with successful exporter
Follow-Up Mentoring and Coaching
- On branding, marketing, sales, preparation for trade missions
- Participation in trade missions with the aim of attracting potential customers
Bootcamp 4
Valmiera
December 6-7, 2018
2 Days
- Progress pitching
- Master class on fundraising and investment pitch
- Demo day - pitching to potential investors and partners
- Match-making with participants, mentors, partners
- Experience visit in Valmiera with successful exporter.
Follow-Up Mentoring and Coaching
- On long-term client relations, further export activities and business scaling
- Mentoring regarding, future export activities, development of discourse and long-term ralationships with customers.
